Angie Foster
Weekdays, 10a – 3p

Angie grew up on the North Oregon coast, but has lived in the Willamette Valley for more than half her life.   She’s been on the air for 20 years and has always worked in country radio.  Her love for country music began while cleaning hotel rooms as a summer job in high school.  The other, more established cleaning ladies always turned on country radio to clean by.  Her friends introduced her to George Strait, Clint Black, Colin Raye, Tim McGraw, and Garth Brooks.  To this day, country music is one of her passions, and loves.  As the genre has evolved, she’s evolved with it, and enjoys today’s country sound just as much as ever,  however she’s gained an appreciation over the years for classic country counting Charlie Rich, Merle Haggard, and Ronnie Milsap among her favorites.  Angie and her husband live in the Willamette Valley, both work in radio, and have 5 kids together.
